Mediation

Mediation is another form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Unlike arbitration, where the arbitrator makes a binding decision, mediation is a facilitated negotiation where the mediator helps the parties reach their own agreement.

CSI Group is registered with the Georgia Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution for Mediation services. Our mediators are skilled at navigating complex property loss disputes and guiding parties toward mutually acceptable resolutions.

Mediation offers significant advantages over litigation: it is typically faster, less expensive, confidential, and preserves business relationships. The parties maintain control over the outcome rather than leaving the decision to a judge or jury.
